Ingrid writes a must read weekly blog techwatchcaribbean.com. She rolls all these experiences around in her head as the company's at times intense CEO and co-founder.

In the media and publishing industry, she racked up a few firsts by developing new products primarily covering the business of technology and telecom, became a Dow Jones syndicated technology columnist as well as created and produced a weekly Technology radio show. Ingrid has been involved in the development of internet startups in Jamaica, Trinidad and St Kitts and maintains business interests in other technology related businesses.

She rolls all these experiences around in her head as the company's at times intense CEO and business development director. Now her focus is on the marketing needs of now and future DutchPot Interactive clients, in addition to product innovation. She's an idea factoryon two feet armed with a pile of scribble-filled notebooks only a doctor could read.

Little known fact: Once had a burning ambition to become an obstetrician.

Susan Lee Quee
Founder, Chief Creative Officer

Susan's has expert design sensibility and vision. Her mission for the last 12 years has been about making companies, brands, understand how design influences not only how they are perceived in the competitive market place, but also how it can determine their bottom line.

This from a woman who used to create and direct sci-fi films in her head while in class at high school, before she enrolled in Edna Manley School of Visual Arts school with a goal of becoming a great painter. She later fell quickly and deeply in love with software, the Mac, magazines and the Internet, then went on to tell the CEO of a Jamaican newspaper why their graphic design team would be incomplete without her. She moved on to reinventing magazines and book cover design and making the websites, advertising and marketing collateral for startup and established brands impactful. As the company's lead on all things design, she's retained and continues to expertly wield an uncanny ability to look, and yes at times blankly into space and produce for DutchPOt Interactive clients some break out creative branding solutions, that realize killer results. It could be explained away by saying hey, it's because she's British, but who cares, just don't touch a thing on that mine field she calls her desk.

Little Known fact: Has a secret desire to become a radio/club Diskjockey.
